Sensual 'Sound Healing' Massage 

Sound healing is an ancient holistic practice that promotes wellness in the body, mind & soul, by unblocking 'stuck' energy through the use of vibrational tools - in this case, metallic Tibetan singing bowls. 

As a certified healer and practitioner, Seren is able to use Tibetan singing bowls to work directly with the body, by placing the bowls onto specific areas such as the hands, arms, & chest (atop a thin layer of light clothes or loose blankets) to offer a uniquely sensual 'sound healing' massage which will help cleanse and release stagnant or 'stored-up' energy in the body, whilst offering you an opportunity to fall into deep relaxation, for physical & mental rest and rejuvenation.
 

• We begin by sitting together and practicing some gentle breathing exercises & meditations to quiet the mind and guide the body into relaxation.

• Following an initial instrumental body scan and 'aura cleanse,' bowls are then carefully placed onto the body and tapped to create sound.

• This produces vibrations which physically massage the skin, muscles and inner organs, and recharge your body's natural energy frequency. ​

• Seren will close the session by treating you with some grounding Reiki energy healing, before gently guiding you back to the present and preparing you for the rest of your day.

Seren will envelop your entire body and outer aura in healing sound, whilst working her way through your full chakra system (energy centre-points) to bring balance to your overall sense of well-being, with extra attention given to the heart chakra (energy centre for self-love, compassion, empathy & forgiveness) and the sacral chakra (energy centre for creativity, emotion, sexuality and sensuality) to empower these sacred & sensual aspects of your Self in healthy abundance. ​​
