Seren’s unique Sensual Sound Healing Massage uses the sacred tones of Tibetan singing bowls, placed directly on the body, to create therapeutic vibrations that gently “massage” the muscles, tissues, and subtle energy systems—offering you a rare opportunity to be held, harmonised, and energetically realigned.

What to Expect

Your session begins in quiet stillness, with a grounding meditation and gentle breathwork to settle the body and open your energetic field. Seren will guide you through this soft arrival, helping you transition out of daily thinking and into deeper presence.

From here, your journey begins:
 

• A full-body energetic scan is conducted using sound to sense areas of stagnation or emotional holding.
   

• Tibetan singing bowls are then placed on key areas of the body—such as the hands, chest, stomach, and legs—atop a thin blanket or light clothing.
   

• Each bowl is activated by gentle tapping, sending healing vibrations through your skin, muscles, and inner organs. These waves release tension and support your body in restoring its natural frequency.
   

• Seren will also work through your chakra system, giving particular care to the Heart Chakra (love, compassion, self-trust) and Sacral Chakra (creativity, emotion, sensuality)—two key energy centres for feminine healing and empowerment.
   

• The session closes with gentle Reiki energy healing to help ground your experience and integrate the shifts you’ve received.
